The purpose of personal data processing by ABC Control Sp. z o.o. is to conclude and execute business agreements with you in accordance with Article 6 of the RODO.

The personal data we collect is any data that is necessary for the execution of the contract with you. These include, in particular, your name, email address, contact phone and financial identification data.
4. How long do we keep personal data?
We keep your personal data for as long as it is necessary for the conclusion and execution of the contract and until the end of the statute of limitations for possible claims specified in the contract or by law.
5. Who are the recipients of your personal data?
Recipients of your personal data will be entities with which ABC Control Sp. z o.o. has a contract of entrustment of personal data, in order to implement the contract concluded with you. These entities may be, for example, a law firm, a company providing accounting services. In addition to the above-mentioned entities, recipients of your personal data may be authorities (e.g. courts or law enforcement agencies), supervisory authorities when it is necessary to execute the contract or fulfill obligations imposed by law.
